Remove Zoom Out

Each effect change can be turned on/off through the config.

• Reduces Volcanic Egg zoom out and raises the camera position slightly for better visibility.
• Reduces Sojourn/Reprieve's zoom out when flying (Both Seeker Utilities).
• Removes Unseen Hand's zoom out when aiming the ability (Seeker Secondary).
• Removes Meridian Will's zoom out when aiming the ability (False Son Alt Utility).
