Description

Rebalances items so bad items feel at least impactful and item scaling is intuitive.

Features

Common Items:

Warbanner Buff

  • Also activates when Mithrix fight starts

Mocha Rework

  • Gives 7% (+7% per stack) skill cooldown rate (different from reduction, think of attack speed for cooldowns)

Sticky Bomb Buff

  • Procs on hitting enemy -> procs on hitting anything

Uncommon Items:

Lepton Daisy Buff

  • Pulses 2 times per stack, plus once at holdout start
  • Heal: 50% per pulse -> 35% per pulse
  • Cleanses (identical to blast shower) on each pulse

Regenerating Scrap Buff

  • Can also be scrapped and will come back next stage

Hunter's Harpoon Buff

  • Fading move speed: 125% -> 100%
  • Duration: 1 (+0.5 per stack) -> 2 (+2 per stack) seconds

Red Whip Buff

  • Move speed: 30% -> 40%

Old Guillotine Buff

  • Execute threshold: 11% (+11% hyperbolically per stack) -> 20% (+20% hyperbolically per stack). Equivalent to 25% damage increase vs elites

Leeching Seed Buff

  • Also heals 0.2 per instance of damage regardless of proc coefficient

Death Mark Rework

  • Apply Death Mark for 4 (+4 per stack) seconds after an enemy has been slowed for 4 seconds. Stunning, freezing, or shocking applies it instantly.
  • Stun grenade now plays its visual effect on bosses so you can see when it applies Death Mark. They still can't be stunned.
  • Damage increase: 50% -> 25%

Death Mark Buff

  • Debuffs required: 4 -> 3
  • Damage increase: 50% -> 35%

Squid Polyp Buff

  • Applies beetlejuice on every hit

Ignition Tank Rework

  • NOTE: This is experimental and the numbers and even mechanics are probably unbalanced. Feedback is appreciated.
  • Jumping burns nearby enemies for 150% (stronger burn upgrade)
  • Stronger burn only applies to enemies who have been jumped on

Void Items:

Polylute Nerf

  • Hits: 3 (+3 per stack) -> 2 (+2 per stack)

Boss Items:

Titanic Knurl Buff

  • Also gives 10 (+10 per stack) armor

Legendary Items:

Happiest Mask Rework

  • Guaranteed to get a ghost ally on kill with 750% damage for 30 seconds if you don't have one

Laser Scope Buff

  • Also gives 15% crit on first stack

Lunar Items:

Gesture of the Drowned Nerf

  • CDR: 50% (+15% per stack) -> 50% (+50% per stack)
  • Equipment has a 10% to misfire (each stack beyond the first gives a reroll to fail like Purity's effect)
