Normally the guilty mechanic of Interrogator is underwhelming, it feels like a slight bonus stat boost on a mediocre character with no amazing skills.
Now I changed that by making the interrogator have a gameplay loop, collecting guilty stacks.
you still earn them as normal, if an enemy hits you or you use your utility to hit them they get guilty stacks
so what changed?? Allies now get permanently marked as guilty if they hit you or you dash to them, instead of only persisting for 10 seconds
when you convict someone, normally you get stacks per hit you did on that target, and when convict ends the stacks are gone. Now the stacks persist if the target lives, and only gets removed if the target dies, or you enter a new stage.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you configure the interrogator mod to change the values of guilt stack, as it can make him incredibly OP
