My first mod

Modifies Moffien's Ancient Wisp into a stage one tier champion: 2100 hp, 600 credits to spawn.

Its abilities are tuned accordingly: barrage and the smite thing have less projectiles, among some other tweaks. Arch wisp summon might be busted; needs more testing!

Spawns on: Siphoned Forest, Verdant Falls, Viscous Falls, Shattered Abodes, Disturbed Impact; Abandoned Aqueduct, Wetland Aspect, Reformed Altar; Rallypoint Delta, Treeborn Colony, Golden Dieback, and Sundered Groved. Does not spawn on Scorched Acres bc that's the grovetender stage!!!

The stage 5-tier version of the boss does not appear, the above are the only stages Ancient Wisp will spawn on outside of family events.

To Do: -compat with rob's items to make legendary spark more fitting for a stage 1 boss drop
