Requires StarStorm2's Reworked Storms to work.

Removes "ermmmm.... storm X" in favor of
Storm Level 1: "A storm is approaching..."
Storm Level 2: "The wind howls in the air..."
Storm Level 3: "The rains pierce the planet..."
Storm Level 4: "Static fills the air..."
Storm Level 5: "Thunder surrounds the teleporter..."

Why would you do this.

I love the Reworked Storms, but my friends didn't like the "ermmmm... storm" text, so every StarStorm2 update I had to download the source code, change Storm.cs to add these tweaks, enable icetool, recompile, and export my modpack with this custom build of SS2 to my friends...

Please dont be mad at me SS2 devs

I love you guys and your silly antics, this is just for my own personal friendgroup modpack to feel more... "vanilla"? i guess? idk man it was their idea
