Ion Surge Rework

Ion Surge has been reworked to be better-suited to ArtificerExtended's many new playstyles:

Now, you briefly prepare a powerful dash, soaring through the air and zapping nearby enemies. When you inevitably land, your impact will create a powerful Stunning explosion!

ArtificerExtended contains numerous replacement abilities intended to suit all playstyles. For those who miss Artificer's style of orbital bombardment, there are plenty of new and exciting options!
