Fixes expired pings blocking newer ones.Details
Overview
When you ping a target you have a ping on already it will remove the ping. If the ping expires and you ping them again it will be "blocked" because it's trying to remove the already expired ping. This mod fixes that, also sorry for burdening you with this knowledge.
