Makes mission delivery more like trade goods.

Drop mission goods in the staging area and go open the mission list in the office. There is now a button to switch between available missions and active missions. Click the 'deliver' button to complete the mission. Missions can only be abandoned from a port office. (no more fear of accidentally abandoning a mission while checking due dates)

Throwing the crates at the port dude's face is no longer an option.

Options Safety: Adds an extra step before abandoning a mission. The action button will warn of "(wrong port)" or "(no goods in area)" and when clicked will switch to "Abandon".
