Installation: place the dll file into Shadows of Doubt\BepInEx\plugins
Notes: This fixes the GENERATION of the apartment number brass. (The number on the door). This does not claim to fix any currently bugged doors. It should also be noted that I, personally, think that the game was updated to fix doors that have already been generated when you reload a save. Do not quote me on this, this mod simply fixes the generation of the numbers.
