Installation: place the dll file into Shadows of Doubt\BepInEx\plugins

Notes: This is a tool to help close caseboard evidence using Z. In a future update this will allow key customization. Z felt very "out of the way".

Possible Bugs: I haven't experienced it, but I imagine case evidence potentially permanently minimizing. But I doubt it.
