StaminaSystem by ShaneeexD

Adds a brand new stamina system into the game.

Includes config options:

• Blocking drain
• Melee drain (Fists)
• Melee drain (Weapons)
• Throwables drain
• Drain speed (Sprinting)
• Regain speed
• Jump drain
• Minimum stamina in order to be able to run/jump again
• Minimum stamina in order to be able to attack again
• Enable/disable visible stamina bar
