Display Real Cooldown

Computes the cooldown time for skills and quintessences, and colors them in the inventory.

1. Red cooldown: slower than normal
2. Green cooldown: faster than normal
3. Regular color: cooldown has not been changed

This way, you know how long a cooldown really is!
