Meshy Plugin

This unofficial TaleSpire plugin plus stand alone application is used to create content using Meshy.Ai and then show it in Talespire without needing to have Unity Editor or Taleweaver installed.

Install

Use R2ModMan or similar installer to install this plugin.

The pack has two parts both of which can be found in the plugin install folder.

Meshy Create: Standalone application used to create Meshy content. Meshy Plugin: Talespire unofficial plugin to render the content in Talespire.

Usage

One Time Configuration

1. Get an Meshy account. This can be a free tier account or a upgraded plan.
2. Click on the API tab in the top menu.
3. Click "Create API Key"
4. Enter an name as requested.
5. Copy the api key string.
6. Open the "Make.Bat" file in the Meshy Create sub-folder of the plugin install folder.
7. Replace the api key placeholder with your api key and save.

Creating Content

1. Open the Meshy Create sub-folder of the plugin install folder.
2. Open a Command Prompt in this folder. You can do this by typing "cmd.exe" into the Windows Explorer address bar.
3. Execute make with the desired asset name and prompt. The name should not have any spaces. The prompt should be in quotes.

Make PineapplePizza "Large pizza with ham and pineapples chunks"

4. Wait for the Create and Refine progress bars to complete and the asset to download.
5. The default image viewer will open with a static view of the asset.

Using In Talespire

1. Navigate to your ANGEL plugin install folder.
2. Navigate to the ".cache" sub-folder
3. Run the "ReRegisterAll.Bat" file.
4. Start Talespire.
5. Wait for all assets to register in the main menu.
6. Open board.
7. Use the ANGEL menu (default F10) to show assets.
8. Ensure you are on the creature icon.
9. Find the Meshy group.
10. Click on the meshy asset to spawn it to the board.
