Trombone Champ Timing Colors

Colors notes depending on where they fall within the beat, a-la StepMania.

• 4th notes: Red
• 8th notes: Blue
• 12th notes: Purple
• 16th notes: Yellow
• 24th notes: Pink
• 32th notes: Orange
• 48th notes: Cyan
• 64th notes: Green
• Anything else: Gray

Known issues

• Does not work with TootTally's "Optimize Game" setting
• Does not work with charts that aren't beat aligned, or that have BPM changes (since Trombone Champ has no concept of timing points or BPM changes)
