Here is a list of some of the things added/manipulated by the modpack

targeted portals that allow you to just choose where to go instead of making portal pairs
epic loot, a mod that adds diablo like gear to everything and some mods to accompany it
azu's qol, a suite of qol mods that do things like remove different building restrictions and more
epicmmo, a mod that adds character leveling aside from the skill levels
backpacks
groups
rune magic and other magic mods that give some more variety to magic in the game
bear and horse mounts
and some other smaller things
