Let's you specify relics to be permanently active on all players without taking any inventory slots. Access config at GAME_DIR\BepInEx\config\dev.aresiel.wol.permanentrelics.cfg Default config: This adds chaos visor and chaos scanner to all players permanently.

## A list of relics by id to register permanently. Seperated by commas. IDs can be found on the wiki. Leave empty for no effect.
