PayLink Mobile Bank

This is a mod to have rupees sent to the bank when your wallet is full. Also provide QoL to deposit and withdraw without the need of returning to Clock Town. Tatl will also notify you when you have reached a deposit reward.

Mobile Bank functions as follows:

• Holding L+A will send rupees from wallet to bank.
• Holding L+B will send rupees from bank to wallet.
