ChatX for ATLYSS by Bob from IT

Enables the ability to override default chat fade and opacity.

Option to completely block chat messages from being received / displayed.

Shows chat room prefix. Intended for clients that have modded colors and are no longer discernable which channel they are in.

Extends message limit from 125 characters to 500 by default. (Must be on both Client and Server)
