Mystic Poon Lore Pack

This adds stuff for and from the Mystic Poon Order RP server.

Any items that are hidden from the shop page are intentionally marked as secret. Access to such items is restricted for RP reasons, either because only one character would be able to use something, or because it is a unique personal item. Or it's broken/unfinished.
