Implemented force_loop across the tracks that needed to be extended to loop.

Updated said tracks to remove the extending along with implementing a lightweight format, file size reduced down massively.

Added Tracks for Trial of the Stars and Victory.

Changed Tracks for Outer Sanctum Gate (Don't mind the fact that it is now unused).
