Consumables: Reset Expression, Eyes, Mouth.- Edited SnivyXXY's icons to add outline and colour for noise, tried to reduce their resolution but they're not much smaller than 64X64.
- Downsized all the expression icons down to 32X32.
- Slightly reduced image file size by using GIMP to remove unnecessary data.
- Updated the descriptions for the README, CHANGELOG, and in-game items to be more consistent and modern.
