The night vision part is functional, but you need to know how to use them in order to use them properly
Spawn them, grab them and have the eyecup side to your face
Shortly before putting them on, press trigger (this will activate them and also remove some parts from the night vision goggles so when you have them on your vision isnt obscured
Enjoy, to take them off just take them off, this will turn them off though.
It doesn't make your entire screen turn to a NVG, it works realistically
BY THE WAY, IN GAME IT LOOKS BETTER AS YOU AS A HUMAN (or not a human) HAVE BOTH EYES, SO YOU SEE THROUGH THE GOGGLES ON BOTH EYES, ITS HARD TO SHOWCASE THE GOGGLES ON DESKTOP.
