Extract the zip into the assets folder of your Custom Items SDK. If you don't have that, download it here: https://boneworks.thunderstore.io/package/gnonme/CustomItemsSDK/

Instead of using the ItemSettings editor window, add the CustomItems component onto your CustomItems gameobject.
