Dark Fog Wars Mod

Have you ever been disappointed that dark fog is pretty chill and lets you develop peacefully? This mod aim to mitigate that.

Features List

Dark Fogs

More fogs: Increase dark fog ground units, lancer, vessel, relay max count.
Harder fogs: Dark fog base can progress up to level 40. Reduce level requirements.
Crowded fogs: Planetary base and hive produce dark fog units, relays, and seeds at significantly faster rate.
Advanced miners: Dark fog hives generate energy faster and planetary base generate matter faster.
Convenient generator: Dark fog planetary base now has their own energy generator. And hive core can generate matter out of thin air. Engineers, you can't deprive them!
Don't snitch: Increase hive core attack range by 1.5x. Increase raider and ranger attack range by 1.1x.
More lancers: Adds dark fog lancer assault wave multiplier
Effective builders: Planetary base builder and hive builder works 5x faster.
Bigger carriers: Dark Fog Carrier carries 5x matter and energy.
Faster tinders: Hive tinders (seeds) now move at 3.5x speed ~ 4200m/s.
Never-stopping threat: Base threat does not reduce during assault waves
Threat trends: When a planetary base/hive launches an assault, other bases/hives pick up this trend and attack you!
Hive threat snowball: The more waves lancer launches at you, the faster hive threat accumulates.
Relay guardians: Dispatching a relay now comes with a wave of guardian lancer that assaults the target planet.
Relay max ports: Increase max relay ports per hive (default 160).
Aggressiveness expansion and scaling: Override aggressiveness settings of vanilla (from 3x up to 8x). Aggressiveness also scales threat generation, hatred coefficient scaling, and enemy sensor range.

Icarus and Defense Upgrades

Increase Icarus' drone ports, expand drone fleets and drone formation.
Drones have 4x health and reduced energy consumption.
Planetary shield generator has 4x energy consumption and energy pool.
Signal Turret is 4x more durable and has double space signal range
Missile Turret has double space attack range.
BAB has double construction drones, double health, more repair bonus, and 1.25x garbage collector range.
Placing fuel rods in the mecha's ammo slot will treat them as power source for Icarus' shield.
Plasma cannons have higher firerates. Laser turret can chain enemies.

UI:

Most of the features are accessible through UXAssist's panel Alt + `(Backquote). The sliders adjust the upper limit of the feature's effect ~ aggressiveness 8.0x - oblivion.

Warning:

While I cheatfill functions are not used in this mod normal operation (except for cheat commands), Dark Fog replicating units in batches could be flagged by anomaly detection system, so grab CheatEnabler to enable achievements and metadata.
Dark fog units is significantly increased, simulation of them can be quite heavy in terms of UPS, so you may need to adjust the settings for your PC.
If you experience space fleet does not have enough drones after you've just unlocked corvette and destroyer in the technology tree, please save/load because fleet override happens on gameload.
Some sliders only take effect on restart.
New save required.

Is this mod compatible with ......?
a. DarkFogTweaks. Mostly yes, but DarkFogTweaks also modify maximum unit counts, so there might be some conflicts.
b. AlterTheFog. Mostly yes, except for Aggressiveness Overide feature. They would probably work, maybe not that nicely.
c. Theycomefromthevoid. Probably not.
d. Weaver. Yes.
e. Mecha drones tweak. Should be fine. I also recommend getting this mod as the fog units is very likely to destroy signal towers and turrets before construction drone is deployed to heal them.
f. Galactic Scale. I heard they also modify some dark fog functions, so probably not.
g. HardFog. No.
h. Everything else. Yes, as long as they don't modify dark fog functions or override their values.
Will this mod be updated? If I get reasonable feature recommendations and bug reports or the game updates, yes.
