A more vanilla-like generator for Galactic Scale 2 that uses many of the GS2 features to spice up the game, including binary stars, custom planetary themes and more.
Fix a bug that caused binary/trinary systems to be a bit more common than intended
Add overwrites for minimal and maximal levels of solar power on planets
version 0.8
Rebuild for Galactic Scale 2.4.6
Update habitable zone calculation for giant stars
Add the option to use alternative logic for calculation of solar power levels for terrestrial planets
The option for boosting luminosity of blue stars has been redone:
Boost can be 'linear' or 'exponential'. In both cases, it can be additionally fine-tuned by setting boost coefficient with higher values providing bigger luminosity boost
'Realistic' solar power level options is NOT affected by luminosity boost
Some further adjustments for binary/trinary stars generation.
version 0.7
Rebuild for Galactic Scale 2.2.10
Adjust code for determining habitable zone to reduce the size of giant stars' systems.
version 0.6
Rebuild for Galactic Scale 2.2.5
Adjust frequencies of tidally-locked planets, resonant planets and planets with high axial tilt
Update binary/trinary star generation algorithm.
version 0.5
Rebuild for Galactic Scale 2.2.0
Fix a typo that caused a wrong type of planet being added if starter system was generated without Silicon and/or Titanium veins.
version 0.4
Fix potential NRE if starter system generated with exactly one (telluric) planet and no moons.
version 0.3
Fix wrong GS2 preferred version in manifest.json. Now Vanilla++ correctly asks for GS2.1 b19.
version 0.2
Rebuild generator against Galactic Scale v2.1 b19
Some tweaks to binary/trinary star generation.
Some tweaks to boosting luminosity of blue stars.
Imported GS2 fixes to silicon/titanium vein generation on the home planet if option is enabled.
Imported GS2 option to control the spawning chance of rare resource veins.
Imported GS2 option to disable rare resource vein spawning on the home planet.
version 0.1
Allows creation of customizable star clusters between 16 and 96 stars in size.
Allows to define probabilities with which each star type may generate.
Allows generation of binary and trinary star systems.
Allows for making the cluster more or less dense.
Allows to set minimal and maximal sizes of terrestrial planets.
Allows to explicitly set the size of the birth planet.
Allows for generation of gas giants that are beyond vanilla in size.
