Better Pathfinding

As this is my first ever DSP Mod I don't know how to make it configurable but I might update it in the future.

Features:

Icarus now tries to jump or fly over obstacles when stuck
When the target location is set far away on the planet Icarus will automatically fly instead of walk to the target location
- Only activates when Icarus' core energy is not low and the thruster is unlocked
