You can view the resource information of all planets and star system regardless of the Universe exploration level or location. There is two options 1.Require the Universe exploration level 4 (RequireUniverseExploration4:default off) 2.Use and Require the Universe exploration level 5 (UseUniverseExploration5:default off) You can change the settings in the config file. steamapps/common/Dyson Sphere Program/config/Appun.DSP.plugin.AllPlanetInfo.cfg
