#Galactic Scale Cheats

This plugin is going to add a bunch of cheats to Galactic Scale 2

Currently it only has production count multiplier, but my plan is for it to have all the cheats you know and love. (GS2 already has all research and teleport, which will be moved into this mod)

Settings are configurable in the Galactic Scale Settings window.
