GTFO Lobby Expansion

Play GTFO with more than 4 people (to a maximum of 8).

Dropping into a lobby is now easier with the new and improved Buddy System^tm.
Get closer to your teammates by cramming 2 players in each drop pod as necessary.

TO FIX

T scans are still stationary for the time being.
Locker and box open/close state is not synced across all players.
Update text for scans is not displaying, but will still progress.
