This is a standalone sequel to Visitor, an old rundown from R4-5. You do not need to have played Visitor to understand the story in this rundown, but it would enhance your experience. Expect a brutal and unforgiving challenge, not for the faint of heart. Resources are scarce, the enemies are highly lethal, teamwork and planning are essential to your survival. Removed duplicate big pickup.
Approaching the Cell door gives further instructions, and informs you of what is ahead.

Fixed an issue where scans would go inside your walls by making it so when they go inside your walls anyway, the scans are so big you can still reach them.
Enemy changes.
Bloody Mass splits will now die if left alive too long so if they spawn inside your walls they don't block spawn cap.
Bloody Infestation is now difficult to stagger so it's actually a threat.
Gear changes.
Updated sentrygun, "Malice" -> "Skull Splitter." It now describes the effectiveness against Elite+ enemies.
Updated names of all the melee weapons and added descriptions.
Added effective ranges to weapon descriptions. Updated some gun descriptions.
Light Machinegun effective range 10-55 -> 15-65
Impaler now has the cool shell eject reload animation.

Fixed an issue that caused Healing and Strength syringes to not have names or icons.
