

enemies weakspot tumors again clamped to damagetolimbhealth. host runs this and all clients are capped as well. can be and should be run on clients too tho for consistency, host migrations etc.
patches into enemyallocator.spawnenemy and dam_enemydamagebase.receivebulletdamage to do its business. the latter only if endskill.endskapi is absent (conflict with nativedetour) so gtfuckingxp host won't cap incoming client damage in any way.
now clients burst the tumors as they should, we had a slight ufloat mishap. randomuserhi to the rescue again. thank you :>
