Fixes desync of enemy position and visual animated enemy during stagger / attack animations etc...

Mostly fixes player-enemy collision where you would get slow-down when you aren't even inside the enemy during these desynced moments.

Inadvertantly fixes back damage as well, tho not as well as Localia's back fix mod.

You should pair this mod with Localia's back fix mod for the best experience.
