Adding a framework to allow for poision and blinding gasses to affect the player and sosigs, aswell as tweaking the vanilla CS gas functionToxic Gas Framework
Adds a framework for people to add damaging/blinding gas volumes, whether thats built into a map, or spawned by munitions.
The gas can be negated by the use of a gas mask, and Sosigs with gas masks will also be unaffected.
The CN Gas grenade, and the CS Gas 40mm grenade have been replaced to add gas functionality.
