Grab the shotclock by the clamp
click the tiny black button below the logo (between "For" and "H3MP")to turn on the device.
there're 3 menu screen, default is the timer mode, second is the sets settings, third is countdown seconds settings.
to change menu mode, click the "menu⬆" and "menu⬇", to set values, click the "set⬆" and "set/on⬇".
When everything is set, back to timer menu and click "set/on⬇" once to start countdown, second click to stop counting.
The clock only has very basic timing function but I'm sure it's enough for H3MP.
