when there're thing flinger inside radius 50 meters around player
player can input thing flinger via voice using selected windows microphone.
Voice commands:
Launch-----Start to fling with 8-10 sec delay.
Launch now-----Start to fling immediately.
Stop-----Stop the fling.
Scan item-----Scan item on the scanner.
Clear item-----Clean the scanned item.
Set Launch Elevation to (0/15/30/45/60/75/90)-----Tweak the elevator.
Set Launch Velocity to (1/3/6/10/15/25/50)-----Tweak the velocity.
Set Launch Spread to (0/0.1/0.5/1/5/15/30)-----Tweak spread.
Set Auto Delete to (1/2/3/4/5/10/30)-----Tweak item auto delete time.
Set Program Length to (infinite/1/2/3/5/10)-----Set numbers to the wave.
Set Wave Size to (1/2/3/4/5/6/10)-----Set numbers of targets in a wave.
Set Time Between Waves to (1/2/3/4/5/6/10)-----Set time between waves.
Make sure H3VR window is focused when trying out the voice command.
