Better Bullet Cracks

Replaces the sounds of bullets flying by you with a scarier set of bullet cracks from Modern Warfare. All bullets use a singular set of sounds, regardless of caliber or velocity, so I went with the subsonic cracks of assault rifle rounds to be as much of an all-round solution as possible. This create a much better feeling experience of "oh someone is shooting at me", in my experience. Being shot at is scary.

If you haven't noticed yet, I have a lot of sound swapping mods using MW'19 assets. I hope to have more in time, namely a full replacement for Sosigun firing sounds to go with this mod. Soon™.
