Shampooh's Optics

Adds a variety of optics to fulfill some open niches in H3's armory, and also because I think they look cool.

Featuring:

Modern Warfare
- APX-5 Holographic
- PBX Holo 7
- Aim-Op Reflex
- Operator Reflex
- Flip Magnifier
  - Works best with the PBX currently, it's a good bit shorter in length and height than the vanilla magnifiers though and can be easily fit to other reflex and holographic optics
  - In the future, I plan to add variable zoom (2x, 3x, 4x) to it because fuck it why not
Escape from Tarkov
- Holosun HS401G5
  - Working integrated laser!

Many more to come, I hope to at least include the entire selection from MW. This will hopefully include the thermal sights when that functionality has been nailed down by the modding community.
