Managed Democracy is a watchful shepherd, guiding the will of the people so they do not stray from safety.
Helldiver Henry is a Take & Hold character themed around Helldivers 2, using exclusively Helldivers 2 equipment (thanks in large part to ShermanJumbo) and fighting the closest thing we have to automatons; Junkbots. Fellow helldivers have deployed to assist in the righteous battle for Managed Democracy, join them.
The character uses a progression based on Standard Progression, with tweaked to better fit the weapon-selection and enemy types.
Note that some stratagems may be unusable in closed-space maps, so consider downloading some more open maps.
Alternatively, you can simply subscribe to Billiam's Helldivers Stuff modpack, though it includes additonal content not used by this character.
