Managed Democracy is a watchful shepherd, guiding the will of the people so they do not stray from safety.
Helldiver Henry is a Take & Hold character themed around Helldivers 2, using exclusively Helldivers 2 equipment (thanks in large part to ShermanJumbo) and fighting the closest thing we have to automatons; Junkbots. Fellow helldivers have deployed to assist in the righteous battle for Managed Democracy, join them.
Intended for Limited Ammo. Stratagems are incredibly overpowered with spawnlocking, so the character is best experienced with limited ammo! The character uses progression based on Standard Progression, tweaked to better fit the weapon-selection and enemy types (beware of the apc...). Note that some stratagems may be unusable in closed-space maps, so consider downloading some more open maps.
Besides the automaton voices (which come with the character as a dependency), you can download the Cyborg voicelines for some variation.
Alternatively, you can simply subscribe to Billiam's Helldivers Stuff modpack, though it includes additonal content not used by this character.
