About the gun
The Gewehr 43 or Karabiner 43 (abbreviated G43, K43, Gew 43, Kar 43) is a 7.92×57mm Mauser caliber semi-automatic rifle developed by Germany during World War II. The design was based on that of the earlier G41(W) but incorporated an improved short-stroke piston gas system similar to that of the Soviet SVT-40.
About the mod
- Includes the Zf4, 4x German optic that was used with this rifle.
- Press on the touchpad to depress the magazine catch and remove the magazine.
- Press down on the touchpad (or the A/X-Button on a touch controller) while holding the bolt to the rear to lock the bolt, touchpad up (or B/Y-button) to unlock the bolt again. Useful for topping of the magazine with a K98k stripper clip!
