How to use:

Place weapon in the Quickbelt Slot on the Modular Workbench to make the modification UI appear.

v1.1.0 Added skins to parts, receivers and speedloaders so you can use them without having to unlock them first. Unlockable still exists, but simply for compatibility reasons.
