Adds a variant of the TT from tarkov.GoldenTT
Dropped by the scav boss himself, the golden TT finds its way onto the battlefield. Included is just the TT itself, but with a fancy new model/grips. Along to go with it is its horrendous iron sights (that aren't zeroed), so it aims for form over function.
