Fixed a bug where using special attack while moving wouldn't cancel momentum and cause you to keep moving while doing the special attack, added a config to re-enable the bug since it's funny
Fixed a lot of bugs related to changing the BaseCrest config, as well as improving the condition of some bug and addressing it: Trying to save and quit then rejoin will break the crest, it's best that if you leave the game, you exit sit completely first.
Adjusted sharp shadow damage windows, added 2 new configurations: "Special Attack Damage Mult" and "Special Attack Base Time"
