Add Tools
- Yellow and Blue are fully supported
  - Red Tools are WIP
    - Liquid Tools Are Working (Plasmium Phial/Flea Brew)
    - Projectile Tools are NOT working
Add Custom Tool/Slot Colors
- Pink (Red/White), Green (Blue/Yellow), and Black (All Colors) are pre included.
