This allows you to make your own starting deck for Kaycee's mod. Whatever cards you fill into the StarterDeck list will be given to you, overriding any other starting decks and anything else. If you want to disable the mod just make the first line in StarterDeck just "disable" with no quotes. Put one card per line, no spaces or commas.
