This allows you to make your own starting deck for Kaycee's mod. Whatever cards you fill into the StarterDeck list will be given to you, overriding any other starting decks and anything else. Put one card per line, no spaces or commas. If you want to disable the mod just make the first line in StarterDeck just "disable" or "disabled" with no quotes.

Rewrote to allow editing StarterDeck from r2modman config editor, consequently starterdeck now belongs with the dll in the plugins folder.
A StarterDeck.txt file in the inscryption folder will still work, but a StarterDeck with the dll will be prioritized.
