Adds one new challenge, which allows you to choose your items at the start.New Challenge!
Adds a new anti-challenge, made for those of us who aren't happy with just a lowly Squirrel in a bottle and pliers. When activated, it removes all starting items (Except Fish Hook) and forces the generation of an item node at the start of your run!
