Stealth Ladders

Adds ladder-related stealth options to the game.

Features

Extension ladders can be deployed silently while crouching. This suppresses all of the ladder's extension noises (except when it physically hits something).
All ladders can be climbed quietly by holding the crouch key.
Although these stealth actions are effectively silent for humans, some monsters with a heightened sense of hearing can still detect them.
