Makes stamina consumption/regen a bit better.
All values can be tweaked in the config file.
All values across clients will be synced with the host.
All settings will remain vanilla unless in a lobby where the host has this mod, or if you are the host.
Default values -25% stamina drain
+25% stamina regen
-25% jump stamina use
-50% carry weight penalty
Movement speed unchanged (can be modified)
