Adds dango from the anime "Clannad" as collectiable scrap!

I've personally went and optimized the assets to have a lower poly count, as well as texture resolution.
This mod shouldn't lag your game.

Has 3 different variations:
Dango

Spawn rate on all moons is 10 by default.
Dine, and Rend have 20 chance.
Titan is the highest at 30.
